Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Massive Delete Gmail (the "Service"), a bulk email deletion tool powered by Google Apps Script and the Gmail API. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of the Service

The Service allows authenticated Google account holders to:

• Search their Gmail inbox for emails matching specific sender criteria.
• Preview matching emails before taking any action.
• Permanently delete selected emails in bulk.

The Service operates exclusively within Google's infrastructure via Google Apps Script. It does not provide email backup, archiving, or recovery functionality.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Google account with Gmail enabled.
• By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to grant the required OAuth permissions.

3. Account & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing the preview of matched emails before confirming deletion.
• Understanding that permanent deletion is irreversible — deleted emails cannot be recovered by us or by Google.
• Maintaining the security of your Google account and OAuth credentials.
• Any actions taken through the Service using your authenticated session.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access or delete emails from accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Circumvent any rate limits, quotas, or security mechanisms.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.

5. Payments & Refunds

Free Tier: The basic functionality of the Service is provided free of charge.

Paid Plans: If you purchase a paid plan (Pro or Business), the following applies:

• Pricing is as displayed on the Service's website at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Note: Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store credit card or payment information.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that deletion operations will always complete successfully (e.g., due to Gmail API rate limits or Google outages).
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Service, including accidental deletion of emails you intended to keep.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $0 for free-tier users).

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
• Update features, interfaces, or functionality as we see fit.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use poses a security risk or disrupts the Service for other users.
• Required by law or a valid legal request.

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth access (see our Privacy Policy, Section 9).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
